VOSD has been implementing MCH and Family Welfare activities in all the working Upazillas with the supports of Memisa-Netherlands, DoHFW, NNP, KIA, GM, ICCO, SKN, APHD and Andheri Hilfe etc. The main activities are: PHC and Nutrition education, family welfare, MCH education, Training seminar, workshop, TBA training, growth monitoring, feeding to malnourished children and mothers, contraceptives supply, referral cases, Vasectomy, sterilization, follow up, curative services through clinics etc. So far Vit has covered 6127,225 mothers and children in working areas.
