VOSD emphasis on different kinds of skills development and vocational training to the group members, youths and children for their professional and occupational skills development and potentials upgrading, which were started from 1987. It is a continuous process and so far 355,000 group members, 4370 youths, 11235 children and 9577 staffs have been provided different kinds of skills development training with the support of the above donors. Each staff and each beneficiary has been participated two to seven training courses. Some of the staff participated 20-35 training courses.
Training Provided to the Beneficiaries
