Rabindra Lal Barua

Mr. Rabindra Lal Barua serves as the Executive Director of the Voluntary Organization for Social Development (VOSD), a role he has dedicated himself to for several decades. A respected social welfare activist in Bangladesh, he was born and raised in Chittagong and has pursued higher studies in a relevant discipline that shaped his path toward public service.

Under his leadership, VOSD has reached new levels of impact and recognition. He has guided the organization in implementing a wide range of development initiatives in partnership with international institutions such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and several other global development agencies.
