Barishal, Bangladesh : Voluntary Organisation for Social Development (VOSD) recently organized a certificate-giving ceremony for students who successfully completed its three-month Digital Marketing and Graphic Designing course, conducted under the VOSD Technical Training Institution. The course, designed by VOSD’s Chief R & D Officer, Mr. Molay Das, aimed to equip college-going students with practical skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and basic computer operations. This initiative is expected to help develop a skilled workforce and contribute positively to the economic growth of Bangladesh. The ceremony was led by Mr. Mahade Sagar, Chief Program Officer of VOSD, and attended by Mr. Rabindra Lal Barua, Executive Director of VOSD, who joined as the chief guest. In his address, Mr. Barua stated, “This short course on Information Technology will contribute to the development of the IT sector in Bangladesh. The day is not very far when every college graduate will have sufficient knowledge of computers and Information Technology. It is a positive sign for national progress. The VOSD family is proud to be part of this IT revolution.”
Since its inception in 2021, the VOSD Technical Training Institution has been providing various skill development programs, particularly aimed at underprivileged communities, to promote social and economic empowerment through education and training.
