VOSD has no separate program on WID but it mainly emphasizes on women development and 95% beneficiaries are females and children. All the programs are planned, implemented and managed by the beneficiaries. It always emphasizes on gender sensitivity in all its activities. In every case, gender response is given highest priority and tried to make gender balance. At present in maximum cases and steps, gender balance is maintained. It is citable here, about 90% program are implemented for women & children. These programs are supported by the above-mentioned donors.
